He achieved the Master degree in Civil Engineering in 2008 at the University of Udine, Italy (Civil Engineering Faculty). Actually he is attending a research project with the title: “Decision support tools for the characterization of fire emergency scenarios with prevention purposes” within the Polytechnic Department of Engineering and Architecture (University of Udine).
His research focuses on decision support tools based on criterions and pre-defined procedures. The goal is to recognize and evaluate the main strengths and weakness and the corresponding safety level of a particular scenario. This approach is consistent with the EU approach to occupational safety.
He also worked in research activity project regarding analyses of seismic scenarios of buildings and reduction of seismic hazard. He has collaborated on several articles for national conferences on the topic of seismic vulnerability.
